Jessica is a University of Georgia alumni, where she studied Advertising, Film Studies, and Design. She has been working at HeadCount full time since 2022. Her involvement with HeadCount started when she was a senior in high school. Before coming on in a full time capacity, she worked with HeadCount as a volunteer, a team leader, a summer intern, and a part time employee. Her experience as an intern eventually led to her taking over HeadCount's internship program. She loves mentoring and getting to know the next wave of college students who will be the future of this organization and the world! She has always been very passionate about political activism and live music, which HeadCount blends seamlessly. Jessica is also passionate about photography, animals, art, travel, and all things entertainment. Her favorite musical artists are mainly popstars like Taylor Swift, Sabrina Carpenter, and Olivia Rodrigo. However, she is also a lover of the 1960s-70s classics like Fleetwood Mac, The Beatles, and Elton John. While currently based in Brooklyn, she will always let it be known that she is a southern girl at heart. When not working with HeadCount, you can find her following Taylor Swift around the world, obsessing over potential rescue dogs, or engaging in some sort of media consumption. JessicaJ@
