Jason lives in Sacramento with his wife and two little ragers. The early 90s were the ideal playground for Jason who “grew up” on tour with Phish and the Grateful Dead, enjoying the culmination of the jam band scene and the post-Jerry peak of musical energy in ‘99 and 2000. That’s when he was first invited to join HeadCount and ultimately lead “Team Sierra” through the early 2000s elections. Jason is a legacy employee of California’s cannabis industry but do not hold that against him. When not shaping future generations or working to save a crumbling industry, Jason can be found buying and selling records at the East Sac Record Rack or popping up at record shows and marketplace events throughout NorCal and beyond. Jason still relates to his motto, “I Like Shiny Things” and can be found enjoying all genres of live music, comedy and the arts.
