Robert Randolph and the Family Band tore the roof off of Cleveland’s House of Blues on Monday night at the first stop for our Convention Jam concert series. We proudly hosted some of the men and women who help make our government run, and we danced, danced and danced some more.
Matt Kibbe, founder of Free the People and former President of FreedomWorks definitely enjoyed the jam and referred to it as his “highlight of the GOP Convention.” But Matt was not alone in his enjoyment of the event. Mark Hemmingway of The Weekly Standard said “[HeadCount’s] event was a reminder that not everything about American politics is broken.”
We really had a blast there. Good music, good people, good conversation. And we can’t wait to put the party in political party again next week in Philadelphia with Dawes and Grace Potter!
